minor update - lots of optimisations, i've tweaked the mid-sized close glyph slightly (looks much nicer at the default text size now), changed the taskbar flash button, and a few other things.

ok, another update, some fixes to the tabs, i've moved the lights to the right now, so they don't clash with the text so much now.
